Loved by locals and an exciting discovery for visitors, his cuisine focuses on superb products, authentic flavours and a fun spirit. At Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, his namesake restaurant Dani provides his newest platform in an unrivalled rooftop location.

With an extensive career at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in destinations such as Paris and London, Alejandro López returns to his hometown to participate in the opening of Four Seasons Hotel Madrid as Deputy Director of Food and Beverage and now General Manager of Dani Brasserie. Alejandro has been in charge of bars and restaurants such as Galerie and L'Orangerie at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, the latter with a Michelin star and considered one of the best restaurants of Parisian gastronomy. He is passionate about the world of wine and is characterized by an impeccable and elegant style. His professionalism and experience will lead him to make Dani a point of reference in Madrid.

SOPHIE LARROUTURE

Born and raised in the suburbs of Paris, Sophie has always been intrigued by hospitality. She studied management at university and interned at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, but initially started as a waitress to learn the business. In 2016, while bartending on her rise to Assistant Bar Manager at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva, Sophie entered the World Class competition and won Best Bartender of the Year in Switzerland. She’s very excited about her new city.
