A portion of the proceeds from the weekend's events will benefit Maui Food Bank, providing hunger relief to those in need.

Event Highlights

  • Opening Night Gala

    Hand-selected wine producers and celebrity guest chefs will be featured at a grand tasting event set on the Resort's stunning Oceanfront Lawn.

    LA’s most iconic chefs pair up with select wineries to present break-out dinners across the Resort’s scenic venues.

    The weekend concludes with a delectable champagne and caviar brunch, highlighted by Laurent-Perrier’s finest cuvées. Coffee lovers will revel in Hedonic coffee, an exclusive gourmet roast.

    Wally's Starlight Lounge

    Starlight Lounge is an open-air lounge featuring top-shelf spirits and pupus. Open from 5:00 pm and lasting into the night, the Lounge is located within the Resort's stunning ocean-view cabanas.

Michael Patria

Executive Chef at Four Seasons Maui
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Chef Michael Patria started his culinary journey as a child, spending time in the kitchen with his Italian father and mother from Kentucky. His parents’ fusion of authentic Italian dishes and Southern delicacies would go on to inspire Patria’s own craft as a chef, fueling his drive to experiment with genres. With more than two decades of experience, Patria oversees the dynamic culinary offerings at the Resort.

The name Wolfgang Puck is synonymous with the best of restaurant hospitality and the ultimate in all aspects of the culinary arts. The famed chef has built a brand that encompasses three companies: Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, Wolfgang Puck Catering, and Wolfgang Puck Worldwide, Inc. Puck has changed the way Americans cook and eat by combining classic French techniques with Californian and Asian influences and the freshest and finest ingredients. He is the only chef to have been awarded Outstanding Chef of the Year by the James Beard Foundation multiple times. His outpost, Spago Maui, has been the flagship restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Maui since 2001.
Chef Josiah Citrin

Mélisse, Citrin Hospitality
Citrin is a culinary expert and 25+ year veteran of Los Angeles’s gourmet dining scene. He is a two-star Michelin chef and owner of Santa Monica's highly acclaimed Melisse Restaurant, Charcoal Venice, Dave’s Doghouse in the Staples Center, and the food and beverage program and the restaurant Openaire at the LINE LA in Koreatown. Most recently, Citrin partnered with chef friend Hans Röckenwagner for a two-year run at the iconic Sinatra-frequented Dear John’s in Culver City. His culinary philosophy “In Pursuit of Excellence” sets the standard for all of his concepts, fine-dining or casual.

Taste, value, and efficiency are the cornerstones of Chef Rashida Holmes’ food and approach to the restaurant business. If those are in place, the love will flow onto the plate. Holmes’ experience with different cuisines, chefs, restaurants and markets have given her a diverse perspective in this ever-evolving industry. After positions as Executive Sous Chef at Freehand hotel and Botanica in Silver Lake, Holmes’ began the pop-up concept Bridgetown Roti in 2019, an ode to her Afro-Caribbean roots. Today, Bridgetown has gained media coverage highlights with features in “The New York Times,” “Los Angeles Times” and “The Wall Street Journal.” In 2021, Bridgetown Roti was named Eater’s Best New Restaurant in Los Angeles, as well as Pop-Up of the Year by Esquire magazine.
Chef Sheldon Simeon

Sheldon Simeon

Chef/Owner
Born in Hilo on the Big Island, Chef Simeon followed his path to the Culinary Institute of the Pacific and later to Maui Culinary Academy. He competed in the 10th and 14th seasons of Bravo Network’s “Top Chef,” winning “Fan Favourite” both times. In 2016, Sheldon opened up his first solo restaurant in Maui, Tin Roof, a playful take on classic local dishes, including a variety of poke, kau kau tins, sandwiches and noodles in take-out bowls. Chef Simeon continues on his mission to showcase the many flavours of Hawaii to a global audience.

Ryan Kluver

Executive Chef at Wally’s
Kluver is the executive chef of Wally’s Beverly Hills and Wally’s Santa Monica, where he is passionate about highlighting quality seasonal ingredients in every dish he creates. Born and raised in San Clemente, California, his first culinary job was at Patina in Los Angeles. In 2006, he opened Hatfield’s, one of LA's most exciting fine dining establishments. He went on to perfect his craft at The Royce in Pasadena, and in 2014, Wally’s was lucky enough to recruit him to lead their kitchen.
Chef Alexandre Chersouly

Alexandre Chersouly

Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Maui
Born in Perigueux and raised all over France, Chef Chersouly launched his career at the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Les Pres D’Eugenie and honed his skills across France before joining Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris in 2012.

Joachim Splichal
After graduating from a school of hospitality in Switzerland, Chef Joachim Splichal earned his stripes at some of the most prestigious restaurants on the French Riviera. He opened the famous Patina restaurant in Los Angeles in 1989, the first in a long line of restaurants that would go on to delight all of Hollywood and garner him an invitation to the White House. His culinary creations have since earned him honours and awards from around the world.
