At Four Seasons Hotel Firenze, invite a loved one to wander with you through the Hotel’s expansive private gardens, with statues, fountains and an Ionic temple dating back to the 15th century. Admire these features at eye level as you walk the grounds, and then from above as you lift off in a private hot-air balloon from the gardens—the only balloon launching point in central Florence.
Up in the Florentine air with a glass of champagne in hand, you’ll float over the Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery, the Palazzo Pitti, the Piazza della Signoria and the Ponte Vecchio. As the wind gently carries you southwards over Tuscany’s famous Chianti region, you’ll be treated to unparalleled views of vineyards, olive groves, picturesque hills and small villages perched on the hillsides.
Once you’ve landed in the Tuscan countryside, you will be greeted by the Hotel’s staff, who have prepared your exclusive, customized picnic created by our talented culinary team. Savour local artisanal cheeses, salads, sandwiches and cakes, and raise a Prosecco toast or two. Afterwards, return to the Hotel in a private car.
